The template is much too glitchy. I tried to return or get a refund from Wix, but they said I have to contact Bithemer directly. I've been with Wix for many years. I wish they would just send me my refund instead of giving me the run-around....

After reading your review, I concluded you only know Wix Editor (Classic), not Wix Studio. You bought Conita assuming you could edit it with that knowledge, then requested a refund and claimed it was faulty. For clarification: Conita passed two strict Wix Marketplace reviews — design and functionality — by Wix experts. Calling it faulty and demanding a refund is unfair. You also should have read the terms; refunds don’t apply when the issue is your lack of knowledge, not the template or Wix Marketplace. I sell about 50 templates across platforms, all rated 5 stars, and I’ve been an Etsy Star Seller for 8 months — proof of my product quality and service. Leaving a 1-star review due to your own misunderstanding shows an unfairly negative attitude. If you value integrity, you should remove this review....
