Opes Humanae is a human resources dashboard for small and medium businesses. It uses the staff members of your booking system as your team and adds an employee file for each person, with department, position, shift, weekly salary, start date, direct manager and notes. The time clock lets each person clock in and out, calculates worked hours and exports attendance to CSV. Time off requests cover vacation, paid and unpaid leave, sick leave and home office, with approval and the vacation balance each person has by seniority under Mexican labor law. Incidents can be recorded and resolved, and absences are reflected in the payroll preview. The payroll tab shows a weekly, biweekly or monthly preview with unpaid absences deducted, and keeps a history of payslips that you can mark as paid or print. You also get an org chart with reporting lines, catalogs of departments, positions and shifts, and sections for recruitment and sales commissions. Opes Humanae stores its records in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
