Officina runs an auto repair shop on top of your own site. Every vehicle that comes in gets a work order with the reported fault, visible damage, a reception checklist and photos, and moves along a board: reception, diagnosis, quote, authorized, in progress, ready and delivered, each with its promised date.
Appointments come from your bookings calendar, with the service, the technician and the reserved bay; bays and technicians are resources and staff of that same calendar, so the shop sees in real time who is working on what and which bay is free. Parts come from your store with their stock, and labor comes from your service catalog.
When the diagnosis is ready, the order becomes a quote; an authorized quote becomes an order with payment in one step, and the delivery registers the parts used, the exit mileage and the next service. Customer vehicles keep their history and their next service by kilometers or date, which feeds reminders you can send by message or turn into tasks.
Officina installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. Interface in Spanish.
