FAQ Accordion & Help Center answers customers' questions on any page in a clean accordion. Questions are written once in the dashboard and shown wherever the widget is placed: a different FAQ on each page, or one FAQ split into categories shown as tabs, buttons, a menu or headings. Visitors search inside the FAQ, open answers with a click or the keyboard, and can share a link to one exact question. Answers can hold bold and italic text, lists, images and links to pages, websites, email or phone. The questions are real text on the page, and the widget adds FAQ structured data that search engines read. Four layouts, eight themes, accent color, text sizes, spacing and icons are free, with buttons and messages ready in eight languages and right-to-left support. Deleting or copying the widget never touches the questions, the editor warns when the FAQ was changed in another tab, and every FAQ can be downloaded as a backup and imported again, or pasted from a spreadsheet. The Free plan includes three live FAQs with up to 300 questions each. Premium adds unlimited live FAQs, two more layouts, custom colors and fonts, a translated FAQ per site language and no credit line.
