What is the Wix Reseller Program?

 

The Wix Reseller Program enables you to earn money from designing Premium websites for clients using the Wix website builder. You will earn commission from Wix, in addition to the income you earn from clients.

 

How much commission do Wix resellers earn?

 

We reward Wix resellers with $40 for every valid Premium plan they purchase. Valid Premium websites are websites that you’ve upgraded and claimed after joining the Wix Reseller Program. *Does not apply to Connect Domain plan, renewal of plans, or websites that were canceled during the 14-day trial.

 

How do I sign up?

 

It’s easy and free! Click here to go to the online application form. Once you’ve completed the form, you will get an email confirming that Wix has received your application. Our team will process your application within 14 business days.

 

When and how do I get paid?

 

We pay Wix resellers once a month via PayPal. If you claimed a Premium website this month, you will be paid by the last day of the following month. Please note, you will not receive the first payment until you’ve claimed 5 valid Premium websites. Valid Premium websites are websites that you’ve upgraded and claimed after joining the Wix Reseller Program.

What is a Premium website?

 

A Premium Website includes features that a free Wix website does not have. This includes a personal domain name, additional bandwidth and storage, shopping cart and more. We offer several yearly Premium Plans. Learn more

 

How do you claim a website?

 

After you’re accepted into the program, you will receive an email with the link to the “Claim My Site” tool and further instructions.

Make sure to upgrade your website to Premium before claiming.

 

Should I set up a new/separate Wix account for my clients?

 

No. We advise to create, upgrade and claim websites in your own account. You can transfer a website to your clients account later. Learn how.

 

Is there a limit to how many websites I can create?

 

No. Feel free to create as many Premium websites as you want.

 

Does Wix have a White Label solution?

 

No. Wix does not support a White Label solution.

Premium websites are ad-free. However, when your client enters the Editor, they will see the Wix interface with the Wix logo.

 

How can I show my client a preview of their website without Wix ads?

 

The only way to remove Wix ads is to upgrade the website.

 

Can I give my clients access to edit their websites?

 

Yes. To do so, you need to open a separate account for each client & transfer the website to that account. Simply, give your client the credentials needed to login and edit the website.

How can I get credit for websites I created from another account?

 

First, enter your account and connect it to the “Claim My Site” tool. There, you have the option to claim websites from another account - as long as you have the credentials of that account.

 

How much should I charge my clients for my design services?

 

It’s completely up to you! Wix is not involved in the relationship between the reseller and their clients.

 

How can I become a Wix Pro Designer?

 

Contact the Wix Arena. Please note, in accordance with Wix terms and conditions, you may participate in only one of the programs. Choose the program that fits you best.

 

I get this error when I try to claim a website - “User Login Authentication Failed”

 

You will receive this error message if you insert the wrong credentials when trying to claim a website from another account.

Please note, sometimes this error will appear even if your credentials are right. If that happens, send us the official Wix.com invoice and the website’s URL and we’ll make sure to sort things out.
