Split one invoice into parts, each with its own due date
Part one becomes the invoice deposit, paid at checkout
Each later part gets its own pay link as it falls due
Reminders go out before, on and after each due date
Give your clients a payment plan for one large invoice. You split the invoice into installments with their own due dates, and your client pays each one online as it falls due.
Part one becomes the invoice deposit, paid on the invoice's own checkout. Each later part gets its own pay link, and your client gets a reminder with it three days before, on and three days after its due date. The invoice's paid amount and balance update after every payment.
Without it, you record part payments by hand as offline payments, or take one deposit and hope the balance arrives on time.
You send the invoice as usual, and the app never sends it for you. Pay links for the later parts start once your client opens the invoice to pay, and the app tells you if a part cannot get its pay link, for example because no online payment method is connected.
