Client Knowledge Portal gives every client a private, secure workspace on your site - no more lost emails or shared drives. Create a workspace per client, upload documents, add links, and share files through signed expiring URLs. Clients log in with their existing site member account and see only their own workspace - isolation is enforced at the database level. Built-in AI search: members ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in the workspace's own documents, with citations to the source file. A local provider is the default, so no document content leaves your infrastructure; connect your own model key (BYOK, AES-256-GCM encrypted) for higher-quality answers. Everything is auditable: invites, uploads, downloads, sign-ins and admin actions appear in a per-workspace timeline. Usage caps, retention windows, GDPR export/delete and uninstall cleanup are built in. Made for agencies, consultants, bookkeepers, coaches and any merchant who shares documents with clients.
