Restaurant Margin Copilot gives restaurant merchants a focused, read-only margin check before considering a menu-price change. Choose a current priced menu item or exact variant, confirm one primary ingredient’s package, recipe, yield, waste, and target-margin inputs, then calculate per-portion food cost, current margin, modeled gross profit, and target-price guidance. The app reads current restaurant menu data and recent approved eCommerce order aggregates for the exact catalog identity. It saves one verified costing scenario per installed site and restores it after reload. Saving is confirmed by an authoritative platform reread; deletion uses a two-step action and verifies the record is absent. Free V1 does not create, edit, or delete menu items, variants, orders, or prices. It does not persist order payloads or shopper data. Results are models, not guarantees. Requires Restaurants Menus, eCommerce orders, a priced item or variant, and an observed order currency.
