Computatio is a simple general ledger for small businesses that sell and get paid through their site. It starts with a base chart of accounts (assets, liabilities, equity, income and expenses) that you can extend with your own accounts and subaccounts, each with the grouping code used by the Mexican tax authority.
Journal entries follow double-entry rules: an entry is posted only when debits equal credits. Generate entries from the payments, expenses and refunds recorded on your site without duplicates, or enter them by hand, save them as drafts and post them when ready. Posted entries are cancelled rather than deleted.
Financial statements are calculated live from posted entries: an income statement with gross and net margins, a balance sheet with a balance check, and cash flow for your cash and bank accounts, by month or by year. Export them to CSV or print them.
Computatio is a management ledger to keep your books organized; it does not file tax returns.
Computatio installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your accounts and entries in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
