Shoppers often have a question before they buy: does it run true to size, what is it made of, when will it ship. Ask Seller Button adds an Ask a question button to your product pages. Shoppers type their question, name and email, and the options they selected, like size or color, are added for them. You get an email you can answer by simply replying, plus a notification in your dashboard and the mobile app. All questions are in your dashboard: see the product, the shopper's contact details and the question, reply by email in one click and mark each question as New, Answered or Closed. Turn email and app alerts on or off separately. Change the button text and match the button to your store in the editor: color, style, size, corners and width. The question form follows your site's language in 30 languages, and the dashboard is available in 9. The Free plan includes 20 questions a month with all alerts. The Pro plan removes the limit, shows the button only on the products you choose and adds an optional phone number field.
