Create a clear digital menu that shows allergens and additives the way EU food information law describes them. Tick the 14 main allergens and the additives for each dish, and the app writes the mandatory wording, adds the codes and builds the legend automatically – on your site and on every printout. Guests can filter by vegan, “without gluten” or “without celery”, switch between up to 8 languages and enlarge the text. Lunch menus appear only at the times you set, and a weekly planner handles daily specials. Print the menu, an allergen matrix for the kitchen, a price board and table stands with a QR code. An ingredient library passes allergens on to every dish that uses an ingredient, and a change log records who changed what and when. Country profiles for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the EU. Import an existing menu from your restaurant menus app, a spreadsheet or a PDF photo – suggested allergens are always yours to confirm.
