Many customers pay by GCash or bank transfer, then send a screenshot by chat, and the receipt gets lost. Z Proof of Payment brings those receipts into your store, attached to the right order. Customers open a simple, mobile-friendly upload page from your Thank You page or order email. They see your GCash and bank details, then submit their receipt with the order number, amount and reference number. Got a receipt on Messenger instead? Your staff can upload it to the order from the dashboard in seconds. Every proof is matched to the real order and noted on the order timeline. Review everything in one queue with receipt previews and search, then verify or reject. When you verify, the app can record the payment on the order so it shows as paid. Receipts are stored privately and only open through secure links.
