Your form gives you one submission at a time, as a fixed PDF. Form PDF turns submissions into documents that look like they came from your business: your logo and name at the top, your colour, the fields you choose in the order you want, and a footer on every page. Pick a form and every submission shows up in a table you can sort by any column, search, and filter by dates or by an answer, such as all kitchen projects from last week. Press PDF on a row and the file downloads. Signatures and uploaded photos are drawn right in the PDF; other uploaded files are listed with a link. Premium downloads many submissions at once: tick rows or take everything the filter shows, as one PDF with a page per submission or a ZIP with a PDF each. It works with every form on the site, and it can file each new submission as a PDF on the sender's contact card a few seconds after they send it, so the signed waiver or intake form sits with the client. The free plan makes PDFs one at a time from one form, with your logo and your choice of fields. Accented, Greek and Cyrillic letters print correctly.
