Shipping Rate Rules lets you build your own shipping options with the rules your store needs. Price shipping by cart weight, cart value or number of items with a simple table, charge per kilo or per pound, charge "first item plus each additional", add a share of the cart value, and make shipping free above an amount you choose. Offer an option only where it fits: by country, state or region, and postcode. Limit it to a weight, value or item range, or hide it when the cart holds products from chosen categories, such as no express shipping for furniture. Add an extra per item for chosen categories, like a bulky item fee. Set a lowest and highest price. Weights can be entered in kilograms, grams, pounds or ounces; the app converts your product weights for you. Test any cart in the dashboard before you save. Your options show at checkout next to each other, with your own names and delivery times. Add the app to a shipping region in your shipping settings and set a backup rate; if none of your options fits a cart, shoppers see the backup rate. The Free plan runs 1 shipping option at a time. Pro runs as many as you need.
