A Slack alert for every recorded form submission

No visitor names, emails or messages in alerts

Your site already emails you when someone submits a form. Lead Guard also sends a Slack alert, in case an email lands in spam or never arrives. Each alert shows the form name, the time and a link to your submissions. The app marks every alert Delivered, Failed or Unknown, so you can see if the Slack connection stops working. Lead Guard doesn't change your email notifications or spam settings, and it can't alert you about submissions that are never recorded.
