App is no good even.even after proper set up of the wix chat app it has several malfunctions and is no good for the business which send a very bad message for every business can't collect leads...

App constantly malfunctionsApp malfunctions even though it is set up correctly - the same malfunction recurs repeatedly and makes it impossible to respond to queries from potential clients, causing a loss of income.
