Sam in customer service is fast and efficient. He handled my matter quickly and efficiently. I feel the need to say though that wix and quickbooks need to work together to get their stuff to sync better because this isnt good

Simple and efficient.I had multiple sync errors not knowing how to solve them. Nick responded quickly with very clear and easy instructions to assist him in resolving my issues. Very pleased with the service I received.
