DissapointedIt does not notify you that clients have filled out the form. Also it does not give you a copy of the signed form.

Hi, thank you for your review. You can actually download the copy of the signed form by clicking on the relevant submission in the intake form page, and click download PDF.

high cost, low usabilityunclear that you have to upgrade to business, wasted 1 hour also like many others. ascend forms is just fine. makes no sense
