Worst company I have EVER worked with. Their lack of response and communication has greatly lengthened the time it has taken to create my website. Aside from that, when you do have a problem it seems to take MUCH longer than normal to get any kind of response. I paid for a website build in July of 2024 (with a rush clause) and not only is my website not complete it doesn't even exist anymore. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE and NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED. DO NOT USE THEM....

I worked with Jacob on getting our understanding the projects and developing a quote together. He walked me through the process of working with Zoek and the options I had. The call was scheduled to be 30 minutes, but he took a hour to making sure I had all the details.
The price was great, the service so far has been excellent and I'm excited to see the website that Zoek produces. ...

I have found this company difficult to work with. I am not the most tech savvy which is why I hired them to help. Jamie was phenomenal w/the intake meeting but unfortunately it went downhill from there. The surveys kept wanting me to choose new website and ignored the answer,” I want to update”. The dashboard and handbook doesn’t come across on my phone or computer. It looks like an excel spreadsheet. The links don’t seem to work. I haven’t heard back from my rep. I would like to make this work...

I submitted my first two requests to update my logo and contact information on my website and receive a request for me to modify permissions on Zoek's system to access the files I uploaded. I sent the files again via my OneDrive, no response. Weeks passed and escalated just to get an ETA on when the work might be completed, crickets. Requested for my contract to not auto-renew, not cancel, just not auto-renew. Received multiple follow up emails asking why I want to cancel. I do not recommend....
