Completely unprofessional. Missed all our deadlines and provided below par results with our website have the wrong name and description. The team has no sense of urgency or care for the quality of work that is provided. They ignore calls and emails and are not easily reached. ...

Jason and Galvin were very helpful. Unfortunately, they are stuck with limited resources. For example, they can not see my screen unless of have Google apt instead of Zoom.
Most importantly, as far as I know, there no video tutorial that will take me through the same process as a follow-up call. I am where I was when I first started, ie. a website with no idea how to make edits to it. I am where I started, stuck. Clearly, Galvin and Jason were great, very patient, and took their time with me. The problem is with the company that forgets that many of us are doing this for the first time needing more tutorial time, and most likely to forget what we went through at our phone meeting. Even a series of videos would be very helpful....

Zoek and their garage set up cannot do the job. I asked them to help me set up my SEO that was lacking. That the site I use WIX, says I needed to fix. I was told that stuff didnt matter. This company is not clear about what they do to rank you higher, it doesn't work. They are liars. Its a shame that wix promotes them I'm sure there are a 10000 better places that actually care. they dont do the job...

Communication with Zoek has been difficult due to time zone differenced between Australia and America.
Zoek were unable to provide me with evidence of any work done for the money spent. I have not been with them long but I am cancelling my account as I do not feel I can justify the money without evidence of positive change. I am sure for local market they may be fine, but my experience has not been a pleasant one as I have very limited knowledge of SEO and how it works and Zoek has not been able to physically assist me to understand more. I would have thought we could have worked together on improving key words and whatever else is needed to bring up my google ranking but that has not been the case....

Absolutely Horrible start to finish. they lied to me promised I would be on the first page of google and have all these check ups, etc. NONE of which were delivered. I was promised I was going to have content written for . Well they did but for the wrong company . A Flat out waste of money. Lied at every aspect and I know a thing or two about SEO . They incorrectly did image tags and GEO tags completely. I had better results and more traffic on my own. Crooks and scam artists . Complete waste of time and money!...
