Carmen was the only designer who responded to my Wix website design request by suggesting we bring our Zoom meeting forward to discuss my requirements sooner. Full disclosure, when I wrote into wix with a request to work with someone to help me with my website, LIV X Media was one of three options that popped up as recommended for me. However, LIV X had no reviews and the others had lots. Naturally, I didn't even consider. However, LIV X Media reached out to me immediately and she followed up another time within 15 minutes. During that time I couldn't even get the other two people's pages to load or figure out how to engage them. So I just went with LIV X. And I could NOT have been happier. She helped me solve my problem within one hour and was amazing, friendly and she knew exactly what she was doing. I highly recommend LIV X Media. Carmen - you rock and I will definitely be reaching out to you again for all my website needs!...
