Callum is not particularly concerned with smaller jobs / customers with small businesses. He doesn't return emails or phone calls and can't be bothered to set 'on leave' auto replies or voice recordings. He has his own ideas of how things should look and doesn't listen to the client....

Thanks for providing feedback to your experience. I am sorry that you did not feel you were provided with a good service and that communication was lacking. I have looked back through all emails and there was never an occasion where you did not receive a reply within 24 hours. I would like to state that you took several weeks to get back to us and changed requirements a number of times.
