The site felt visually inconsistent, the messaging was unclear, and there was no strong user journey guiding visitors towards action. She wanted a clean, professional website that felt grounded, easy to navigate, and genuinely supportive of her business - not just visually, but structurally. One Choice at a Time
MESH: Mesh – Band Website & Online Store Platform: Wix / Wix Studio Industry: Music & Creative Industries MESH, an established electronic band from Bristol, UK, came to me with an outdated WordPress website that no longer met their needs. Plugins had stopped working, the site was insecure, and the design no longer reflected the band’s identity. Their growing catalogue of music, content, and merchandise needed a stable, professional digital home. Project scope: This became the most extensive website project I’ve delivered to date: a six-month rebuild of a fully functional band website and online store designed to support long-term growth, not just a moment in time. At the time of the initial build in 2023, there was no current album cycle or unified visual branding. The challenge was to create a robust, flexible foundation that could evolve when new material eventually arrived. What we created together: _ Discography & Lyrics (Wix CMS): Every album, single, and track built as dynamic CMS collections, with individual pages and lyrics linked to each release. _ EPK (Electronic Press Kit): A professional, media-ready section for promoters, press, and industry partners. _ Gallery & Visual Identity: A clean, modern gallery highlighting the band’s 30+ year history while leaving room for future visual evolution. _ E-Commerce: A fully integrated Wix Online Store connected to a print-on-demand provider for seamless merchandise sales and fulfilment. _ Events & Ticketing: Wix Events setup to manage and promote shows, keeping fans informed and simplifying ticket access. _Email Marketing: Integrated email system to support long-term audience engagement and communication. Scalability & rebrand turnaround: What stood out most was how robust and future-proof the Wix platform proved to be. When the new album was pre-announced in early 2026 and a clear visual identity finally existed, the website did not need rebuilding. Within less than 48 hours, the site was effectively rebranded by: _ Updating typography _ Adjusting brand colours _ Adding new releases and lyrics to the existing CMS All functionality remained fully intact. The result felt like a completely new website, without touching the underlying structure. This demonstrated just how scalable, adaptable, and rebrand-ready Wix (and Wix Studio) can be for long-term creative projects, especially in industries where branding evolves over time. The result: A modern, flexible, and scalable website that works as a central hub for fans, press, and partners. From discography and lyrics to merchandise, events, and future releases, everything is now connected, easy to manage, and built to evolve alongside the band.

What I built into this site: ✨ Bookings: Multiple booking systems for discovery calls, sessions, and events. ✨ Lead Generation: Dedicated opt-in pages, lead magnets, and automated email integrations. ✨ Sales Pages: Conversion-focused layouts for offers, programs, and workshops. ✨ Events: Full Wix Events setup for online and offline gatherings. ✨ Blog & Resources: A structured content hub for ongoing articles and insights. ✨ Email Marketing: Integrated MailerLite for list-building and nurture campaigns. ✨ Chat: Wix Chat functionality to engage with visitors in real time. ✨ SEO Optimisation: A clear site structure and content strategy designed to perform well in search and align with Google’s best practices. ✨ Analytics: Using Wix Analytics (and the Wix mobile app) to monitor performance, track visitor behaviour, and continuously optimise. The Result: A living website that evolves with my business, showcasing nearly every Wix functionality in action. It’s not just a digital presence - it’s a working example of how a site can support visibility, growth, and client connection.

She offers massages, women’s circles, and holistic coaching, and needed a platform that supported both her services and her vision. The Result: A polished, full-functioning website that integrates nearly all core Wix Studio features. The rebrand elevates Rubina’s presence and positions her as a trusted guide helping women - especially mothers - feel at home in their bodies, glow with confidence, and connect in supportive spaces.

She wanted a professional online presence that felt true to her personality while keeping things simple and manageable at this early stage of her business.
