John was very easy to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted and how it should look, so John took direction very well and added some things I had not thought about, which was helpful. I did a lot of hands-on work to the site once he got it started, and then I asked him to do the more complex functions that I didn't have the time to learn. The reason for the 4 stars on satisfaction is because the SEO capability did not meet my expectations, but that could be due to the fact that I didn't fully understand how it needs to be manipulated to work for my site to appear in the search results.
