Heather was very impressive from the start! She was on time with every video meeting and prompt with returning any correspondence. Heather was professional and incredible at solving any hiccups throughout the process! The corrections or changes I suggested on my end were met with respect & care. I wish there was a 6 star option. I needed a website that could upload medical records (HIPAA compliant), that the customer could fill out and submit an order form on line and it be delivered directly to me. I needed the customer to have the option to pay the invoice on line. And I didn't know how to do it, nor did I care to learn. I knew when I had my first video with Heather that she was the right choice. And she was!!! Don't cut corners with your website. She held my hand till the end!...
