Sophie is a quality individual and professional. Sophie was hired to compose a website, create a logo along with business cards and other office goods. She listened to what I had envisioned and worked to accomplish the goal. She spent time on zoom calls with me working through ideas and creations. She is honest, hard working, accommodating, and very efficient. Her turnaround time was fast just as she promised. As a result, the designs were fun, informative and were immediately effective! Upfront before we decided to work together, she asked very clear questions which helped me organize my needs and priorities. I was working with a specific budget and she gave me confidence in her expertise and worked very swiftly. Along the way, I'd mention an edit or idea, and her response would be something like, "Got it, done." Beyond my own vision, she offered her professional input to improve customer experience and suggested multiple edits which I wouldn't have caught.
