I worked with this company, specifically Chris. He was fantastic from start to finish. He informed me early on when he would get started with my project, what information he needed, how long it would take to complete, and even gave me suggestions. Chris was easily reachable via email for questions or concerns as well. Also, there were no hidden fees or costs after the initial project quote. I also appreciated that I was able to contact him after the website was completed with some further assistance that I needed. This is a great company, and the work is top notch and was done within a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend SAR Creative....

When I first contacted SAR for my website migration project my initial concern was about the movement of 3 email accounts attached to the website. I was assured by SAR that this was a task that they could handle. Unfortunately this was a very rough transition and while the accounts were not lossed and data was not lossed to the best of my knowledge it took a lot of time and ultimately i had to hire an expert in the area of email to properly fix the issues. Once email was handled and the focus was turned to simply the website and getting what I had created on wix published live the situation didn't improve despite the fact I would assume this is SAR’s specialty. Throughout the entire engagement I constantly had to track SAR down and was often left in the dark as to when the next step would be completed. Additionally it seemed almost impossible to actually get SAR on the Phone and while I'm perfectly fine with communicating via email there were many gaps of large time in between communication. Now I’m not expecting constant contact throughout the day but at least once every 2 or 3 days would be nice. While SAR may have some ability to do website development I would only recommend you use them if you're launching a new site that has never been live and will not require migration from another host, I think this is where the problem began.
I was very upfront about what I wanted and ultimately I did get what I wanted. 3 email accounts were moved and the website I created on wix did go live. But it took 6 weeks, admittedly xmas and new years was during that time and I had to hire an outlook expert to finalize and fix errors that migration created. It just took to much time and too much following up (which seemed like me pushing to get it completed)....

I had a great experience working with Chris and letting him develop and iterate on my ideas. Chris was easy to work with, even though I was not spending thousands of dollars. Chris provided an exceptional level customer service that made me feel I I was dropping big money $$$, when in fact i was not.
I would totally recommend Chris and his team to develop your design ideas, and iterate them into something you'll be happy with at the end....
