Working with Ross President of RJP Design has been the greatest experience . Ross is supper professional / very talented / creative and knows what just knows what he is doing. We had such bad experiences working with other web designers in the pass, but finally have the right team. Ross communicates well and talks on the phone. Ross and his team have done a fantastic job for us. We had some issues along the way due to the complexity of some of the features that we requested, which were resolved in a very professional manner.
Issues arise in business and life all the time, in business, how someone deals with an issue speaks volumes about them. Ross and his team were consummate professionals throughout this process, even hiring on a specialist to complete the project. Communication was fast and clear throughout the process, and we will definitely be using RJP Design to manage our site, and apply any future upgrades.
