I hired PKS Mediaworks for some quick fixes on my website - specifically on the social share, meta descriptions and making some custom changes to the check out pages.
They took them more than 2 months to make changes but still could not do it. At the time of closing their access on my website, there were still errors on the URL slugs. Moreover, they had made random changes (without approval) to the meta descriptions for each page that made no sense and also were full of spelling errors!
After several weeks of follow ups with no response and no corrections, I took help from my engineering team who rectified all the errors within half an hour. Being an SEO expert, PKS should know these basics. I had hired them for what is just a 10 minute job for an expert.
This is absolutely pathetic and PKS should work on improving their basic SEO skills as well as learn a lesson or two on client servicing and speed of response....

Hello, Thanks for your response we understand your concern.
Talking about the website design we provided multiple reviews for you whereas we were just suppose to follow one particular guidelines.
Talking about SEO there are keywords which are suppose to be used on the meta description and we made the description to fit the keywords chosen by you. Secondly we didn't have the access for a long time and was provided in between for a day where we made the changes required by you and also shared the screenshot of the work done. We worked as per your guidelines and provided the necessary details.

they didn't start the project until 3 or 4 days after it started and got on the review call not knowing what my company name was even though that was clearly communicated. They were designing the website on the fly as we were on the review call. I had to get the website live so I had t pay them in full, otherwise the end result needs a lot of work and I may just get another person to redo the whole thing for me....

Hello Tareq, Thanks for the review we value your feedback, just to add we started designing the website on your website itself where the name was wrong itself and we utilized that name for thee complete website. We do feedback sessions for the satisfaction of our clients so that everything is done according to them. We cant write arabic language so needed your guidance to achieve what was required. We closed the project after your final remark and then only we shared the final invoice. Anything required please let us know. ... 0.0

Joy was fantastic. I have very little skills in this area and he set up my website, background accounting and social media marketing in 5 working days. He was very patient in talking me through everything. Even with a timezone difference he did his best to make himself available all of the time.
