The whole experience was handled poorly. The developer in charge would argue with us over our decision on OUR video, how WE wanted it. Sheila our contact would not listen and would keep reminding us of how many revisions we have and not hearing that revisions were not done correctly. Sheila was confrontational and seemed more concerned about warning us about additional costs instead of providing customer service....

We are so sorry this is how you felt. Our team was feeling the same way about the partnership and how it wasn't going to work as the project began to grow from the original scope of work. We mostly just wanted to find more affordable options considering there was not the budget to cover some of the extra work. We know you had big visions and love all of the creative ideas for your call center in the Philipines. We really wanted to make sure you felt taken care of but of course, had to make sure our team could be paid for the extra work. I reached out to Wix for one of their partners to help me redesign my website! I was paired up with Sheila!! Sheila was amazing from the beginning. She listened to how I wanted my website to look and feel!! From there she was able to create the vibe I was going for. We met a few times on zoom to see the progress of my website. She showed me what she did before we moved forward. When there was a change to be made she would do research to find exactly what I wanted. Sheila is also very patient. She walked me through how to set up my invoices and showed me how to do some technical stuff like setting up my personal information. When my invoice was set up she also took the time to show me step by step how to create an invoice. By showing me how to navigate my website it took the stress out of learning it on my own.
Sheila is easy to work with. I appreciate her knowledge, creativity and patience! I would recommend her to my family and friends!! She did an incredible job on my website!!!...
