We offer basic websites right through to ecommerce and bookings sites to sell your products and services online, as well as sites with database driven content using the WIX classic editor (we do not offer WIX studio editor assistance at this time). We include initial SEO (search engine optimisation) and a 30 minute phone/zoom training for new sites to teach you how to edit your website yourself. 100% Australian owned and staffed - providing services Australia wide. PLEASE NOTE: We only work with Australian based clients. We are down to earth, friendly and easy to talk to - we don't use lots of tech talk or jargon. We value traditional customer service, and gladly talk through all the aspects of your website or graphic design project. We encourage your questions and want to get to know you, so we can create better solutions to meet your individual needs, not offer you a quick cookie cutter solution. Oak Grove Graphics have been designing websites and creating original graphic design since 2007, so although we are new to advertising our services in the WIX Marketplace, we are definitely not new to web and graphic design. On point! Julie was amazing to work with, made me feel so comfortable sharing my thoughts and ideas while walking me through the technical side of things (which I'm very uncomfortable with) using language that I could understand. I am so proud of my website that Julie created with her expertise and guidance. We asked Julie from Oak Grove Graphics to fix issues with the new website. The quality was exceptional and did everthing I required. We are more than pleased with the result and Julie also volunteered useful tips and insights for additional improvements. Initial contact was email followed by phone conversations - which I found more simple and productive than back & forth emails. From start of job, delivery and communication was prompt and easy to understand.
I've found businesses that give unasked-for extras are more likely to be those who genuinely care about their customers. I’ve no doubt I’ll be back.
And Wix? I tried the rest and it’s the best.
