Like showing all of your friends, family and cashiers in Tesco your new website. Like feeling EXCITED about your incredible business because just look at that website! Words can't express how great it was to work with Lou. After our initial conversation it was really clear that she understood exactly what sort of website I was hoping to achieve. She listened carefully and took on board everything I shared, whilst also giving me some incredibly valuable advice along the way to improve things further! Dealing with Lou has been a pleasure throughout - she is calm, clear, incredibly efficient, talented, and has a great sense of humour. 3 months I spent trying to figure out my problem with gmails not being sent from my website , one message to Lou and tada it was fixed within the hour
Her communication was outstanding and seems she works 24hrs a day as this was done on a friday night .
would highly recommend Lou so much so she will now be my Go To for my Wix Website *****...

Lou was friendly and professional, requested exactly what she needed to redesign my website and delivered well within the timeframes that she estimated. She accommodated all of my feedback quickly, and delivered functionality and design to my site that I wouldn't have thought on - let alone been able to implement. In one word "Amazing!".
I had done all the basics myself, but it just did not look "professional", so I asked Lou to have a look for me. What she did was fantastic.
Not only did she make my website look professional but gave me suggestions to take it to the next level.
Her communication was spot on, keeping me up to date on everything she was doing and reassuring me it was okay to ask her to make small changes (which I did a lot!). Any changes I asked for she would do immediately so I could look in real time to see if I like it.
I have no hesitation in recommending her. Brilliant!...

Lou is such a professional! I decided to get some solid guidance from a professional at this beginning stage of my website. Experience tells me that if you get things right at the planning stage then everything runs smoother, and you don't need to bolt things on after, causing stress and more cost. Also experience tells me... Leave it to the professionals! Lou was enthusiatic and full of great ideas. I opted for the power hours option, and I have a strong feeling I'll be needing more help soon!
